Recipe – Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Watching Pasta always makes my mouth watery. I’m really curious about Yoo Kyoung’s first ‘official’ dish, aglio e olio, so simple yet seems delicious. Hence, I search around the web for recipe, and I found one on Rachel Ray’s website.

This is the original recipe from Rachel Ray (I haven’t tried it yet). I’ll post later with pics after I do it 😀

Spaghetti Aglio Olio Recipe

Ingredients :

  • Salt
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
  • 1 container imported Italian anchovy fillets with red pepper flakes (2 ounces) – if you can’t find these, use regular anchovies and add 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
